Study of historical landscapes through Aerial Photogrammetry

Dipylon society participated in the organisation of the educational workshop on 3D imaging techniques for cultural heritage and the use of archival material and drone images for the study of historic landscapes:

Workshop instructor: Gianluca Cantoro, Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas, Institute for Mediterranean Studies, Post-Doctoral Researcher.

The workshop took place as part of the 2nd Conference on Computer Applications and Quantitative Methods in Archaeology, organised by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Greek branch of the homonymous international non-profit organisation (CAA-GR), at the central university building, Panepistimiou 30, Athens, 20-21 December 2016.
