Walking Tour for high school students of the area of Loutsa

On Tuesday, March 26th, we walked along with the students of the 1st high school at Loutsa, and their professors, Mrs Stavroula Vazaiou and Olga Papadopoulou, on the Hills of the Muses, the Pnyx and the Nymphs. With the help of the app Walk the Wall Athens, we talked about the ancient wall, residential areas, streets and cemeteries of ancient Athens, while the students simultaneously participated in a role-playing game; the cartographer, the archaeologist, the builder, the citizen and the merchant cooperated, in an attempt to mentally reconstruct the route on a nineteenth century map of Johann Kaupert!
